Sleeping Disorder
Founded

Meet with other local people who suffer from Sleeping Disorders ( Narcolepsy, Hypersomnia, OSA, RLS, Insomnia, ect) to connect, share experiences, support, build friendships, and learn from each other the different ways we can improve our quality of life.
The purpose of this group to give and receive support in a kind, caring, and respectful manner to others who are experiencing daily challenges as a result of having a sleeping disorder. This group is a place were people can feel secure and comfortable sharing their challenges, stories, concerns, and victories. Showing respect to all members is a must. One is free to express themselves but in a mature and kind manner to all members. I hope that through this group people will find support, encouragement, and build friendships with those who understand what it is like to live with a sleep disorder.
Sincerely,
Debbie

What members are saying

It was wonderful to finally talk to someone who totally understand what I have been experiencing. I didn't feel like I was the only one in the world with this sleeping issue. ...

Debbie

If you've had a sleep problem for years or recently been diagnosed it can be very challenging not only to cope with but also to try and share how it feels. ...

I empathize greatly with people who have sleeping disorders. I was a victim myself... In researching it, I found that stress is a major contributor to sleeping disorders, according to many medical journals. However, I found an absolute godsend

Hi All- I'm Michael; I live in Rose Valley (near Media) and I have had an early waking problem for about 15 years. I have tried every med in the book, accupuncture, etc without lasting relief. I look forward to meeting you and exchanging ideas.
